By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

Basic Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Additional services may be offered as add-ons.
Service details and pricing are listed on our website or booking system.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made through our website, email, or approved scheduling platform.
Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in advance.

Prices are subject to change. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise noted.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must also be done at least 24 hours prior.
No-shows may be charged the full service price.
Cancellation Fees:

More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee

24–48 hours’ notice: 25% of service price

Less than 24 hours or same-day: 50% of service price

No-show / locked-out: Full service price
5. Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time.
Durovic Cleaning Co is not responsible for loss, damage, or liability if access is delayed or denied.
6. Liability
Durovic Cleaning Co does not carry insurance.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables, cash, or personal property.
We will not move heavy or unsafe items that could cause injury or damage.
Customers assume responsibility for any risks associated with allowing our team to access their property.
7. Independent Contractors
All cleaners working with Durovic Cleaning Co are independent contractors, not employees.
Each contractor operates independently and is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
Durovic Cleaning Co serves as a coordinating platform that connects clients with trusted cleaning professionals.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that no employer-employee relationship exists between you, the Company, and the cleaner(s).
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or hazardous items before service.

Contain or supervise pets to prevent interference with cleaning.

Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning needs.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for quality service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the concern and re-clean if appropriate.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services and website is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Personal information is collected and protected as outlined there.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12. Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At Durovic Cleaning Co, your satisfaction matters most.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
Refunds
Because cleaning is a time- and labor-based service, refunds are generally not issued once a cleaning has been completed.
However, if a service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.
Quality & Honesty
We do not offer refunds for issues caused by pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or unsafe conditions.
Our goal is to ensure every client is confident and happy with our work.
